The contract

You stay in control.Always.

Bostaji is an assistant, not an intelligence you hand your inbox to. Some things are forbidden by design. Not out of commercial goodwill: by product rule, from the very first version.

01

No automatic sending.

Bostaji can prepare a draft, never send in your place.

02

No permanent deletion.

The worst it can do is move an email to the trash, where it stays for 30 days.

03

No black box.

On every cycle, you see what was sorted and why. A rule that bothers you is disabled in one click.

04

When it's unsure, it asks you.

Rather than deciding on its own. The doubt threshold is adjustable — you tighten or loosen it depending on your confidence.

How it works

An assistant that learns, rules that you understand.

Four steps, from the first email to the rule that becomes permanent. You stay in the loop at every moment.

01

Bostaji reads your emails as you would

When an email arrives, Bostaji understands what it means. It suggests an action: to read, important, to archive, to trash, or an action you have taught it.

02

You validate, you correct, or you let it run

In manual mode, you validate each action. In auto mode, Bostaji acts on the emails it knows well and shows you the summary. When it gets it wrong, you correct it in one click.

03

Rules become permanent, when you decide

When you sort the same kind of email the same way three times, Bostaji offers to make it a rule. No rule is ever created behind your back.

04

At any time, you see what is happening

The Stats menu shows the list of decisions made, the reason for each decision, and what you validated or corrected.

Sovereignty

Your emails are nobody's business. Not even ours.

Your inbox holds your clients, your quotes, your prices, your hard times. Bostaji is built so it cannot touch them: the app installs on your computer, and your emails never leave it.

Nothing to leak

No server, no leak

Your emails are never copied to a Bostaji server. What we do not store cannot be lost, hacked or sold.

The bare minimum

One email at a time, never more

To sort an email, Bostaji shows the subject and the text to an AI assistant, never your contacts, never your history, never your whole inbox. When an attachment helps settle an email that is hard to classify, its text is read too, then forgotten, never kept. What Bostaji learns about your habits stays on your computer, with your rules.

Rhythm

At your own pace. Not at the pace of a notification.

No aggressive push notifications. No alert texts by default. No little red number on the icon taunting you.

No dashboard with twelve figures to monitor. A clear summary at the end of a cycle, that's all.

No gamification, no streak to keep up, no badges to keep you hooked.

You handle your inbox whenever you want: in the morning with a coffee, in the evening when you open the computer, or never if the day was long. Bostaji waits.

The only time Bostaji disturbs you is when it is unsure about a decision and prefers to ask you before touching an email.

Who it's for

For solopreneurs and very small teamswho have no wish to become developers.

A hairdresser, a therapist, a restaurateur, a freelance accountant, a florist, a consultant. If you receive a lot of work emails, and your mailbox's built-in filters feel complicated, you are the target.

Auto

If you want it to run on its own

and know what happened

You turn on automatic mode. On every cycle, Bostaji sorts and gives you a clear summary. You disable a rule in one click if it bothers you.

Manual

If you want to keep control of everything

and refuse to let the machine decide

You stay in manual mode. Bostaji suggests an action for each email. You validate or you change it. The system learns from your decisions.

Hybrid

If you want to switch back and forth

depending on your time and energy

You switch between the two modes whenever you want. Bostaji follows your rhythm, not the other way round.

Frequently asked

You may bewondering.

I don't want a robot deleting an important email.

Bostaji never deletes permanently — that action simply does not exist in it. The worst it can do is move an email to the trash, where it stays for 30 days, restorable in one click. And only once you have validated the rule that decides it.

Who else can read my emails?

No one. Your emails live on your computer, not on a server. To sort an email, the AI assistant receives only that one email — its subject, its text, and if needed the text of an attachment to settle a doubt — never your inbox. And we are building what comes next: an intelligence of our own that will run in your home — in time, nothing will leave at all.

Is this like the AI already in my mailbox?

No. Those assistants live in a giant's cloud, read your emails on their servers and mostly help you write faster. Bostaji is the opposite: it lives with you, touches nothing without your consent, works with the mailbox you already have, and learns to become yours.

What does it do beyond sorting?

It summarises a long thread — who said what, what was decided —, prepares replies in your style, keeps an eye on who owes you an answer, reminds you of a quote or a deadline before it is due, unsubscribes you from newsletters while leaving you the final click, and finds an email when you ask the question in your own words.

And what if the AI gets it wrong?

It will get things wrong, especially in the first days. The difference is what happens next: every suggestion is visible with its reason, you correct it in one click, and Bostaji remembers your correction. And for anything it writes — replies, summaries —, everything is checked so nothing is invented, and nothing goes out without you.

What about email scams?

Bostaji distrusts every incoming email. It spots manipulation attempts and fake alerts, warns you when sensitive data is involved — an IBAN, for instance —, and never follows a link on its own. Your consent first, always.

I don't know how to set up an email assistant.

There is nothing to set up. A guided five-step start, clear language everywhere, not a single technical term. If you can read your emails, you can use Bostaji.

How much does it cost?

The Solo plan is €19.90 per month, or €199 per year, two months free. There are also plans for several mailboxes or several people. All of them give access to the same features.
